Four words that always make me pause: “Tell me about yourself.” Where do you even begin? What do you say? Well, here’s my version. I live in Virginia with my husband, daughter, and two wild, lovable dogs. My family means everything to me, whether they have two legs or four!

Life is a continuous journey filled with opportunities to grow. Challenges will come, and while they may feel overwhelming at times, I believe we all have the power to shape our own paths and achieve incredible things. The journey to success looks different for everyone.  

Writing allows me to explore, learn, and grow, and research is my favorite part, even when it takes me down endless rabbit holes! The beauty of learning is that there’s always something new to discover and share.
